Prajakta Patil, Co-Founder
Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Big Bang HR Advisors, Dhruv has helmed the position of Business Analyst with 5 paisa capital and IIFL, one of the leading equity broking companies in India.
With over 7 years’ of experience, Dhruv holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from NMIMS and MBA in Finance from NMIMS College. He has attended Cambridge University for Business Strategy Course in 2016
Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Big Bang HR Advisors, Prajakta is a dynamic HR Recruitment Consultant. She has worked across sectors like Insurance, Housing Finance, NBFC’s, Banks, Fintech, Real Estate, FMCG, Ecommerce organizations.
She has worked with organizations like People Square, ABC Consultants and Native in the past. With her rich experience of working in leading executive search firms she is dedicated at building a best-in-class organization which provides best in class services to the clients and candidates.
With over 9 years of experience in recruitments, Prajakta holds a bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from DKTE College and MBA in Digital marketing from Universal Business School, Karjat. She has attended course on Consumer Behavior from London School of Economics in 2015.
